As the end of the school year grows near, excitement builds for one of the most momentous events in a DMPS student’s life – high school graduation! Commencement is a district-wide celebration of the academic accomplishments that have led each student to the successful completion of high school. It is an uplifting event for all of Des Moines Public Schools as we celebrate each and every graduate. We look forward to making memories with our seniors that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations — in advance — to every member of the Class of 2024 along with their teachers, parents, family and friends. We look forward to the celebration of our extraordinary students at this year’s commencement ceremonies.
