The Iowa High School Press Association lifts up stellar examples of student work on their school newspapers. It’s part of their mission to encourage more high school students to grow in and enter the field. Each year, DMPS high school newspapers bring home IHSPA honors for their hard work. This year, East High School’s Scroll, Hoover’s The Challenger and North High School’s The Oracle all had winners in the state contest.

The future of newspapers appears  to be in good hands. Congratulations, DMPS student journalists!
