Technology Issues & Troubleshooting?

If you are having any technology issues, please follow the steps indicated below:

  1. First, reach out to your advisory teacher. If it is a minor technology issue, your advisory teacher could help. If it is beyond their level, they will direct you to the next step.
  2.  Call the Technology Help Desk: 515-242-8161.
  3. Take your device into the Technology Department @ 1915 Prospect Road, Des Moines, IA to swap out for a new device immediately Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00

You may do any of these steps at your own account. For instance, you could chose to skip the first two steps and bring it directly into the Technology Department!
