The salary schedules below are for the current school year. Please note that Des Moines Public Schools is currently conducting a compensation study for all district positions, in addition to a reorganization of certain administrative positions. Therefore, some of the salaries and positions reflected in the documents posted below will be adjusted accordingly starting with the 2013-14 school year.
